You write the SMS manual, train the safety manager, and hand over. From 2 December 2026 the operator is on their own with the records. Skycot runs the cadence for them, with drafts a human approves, and we want consultants to be the channel, not the competition.
A manual is a set of promises. CASA reads the promise and asks for the record. For a small operator with no safety department, keeping those promises is four to six hours a month of a chief pilot's time, forever, and the quality drifts. Six months after handover the register is stale, the meeting minutes stop, the audit slips, and the surveillance visit finds it. That reflects on you as much as on them.
| Operator pays direct | Through you as partner | |
|---|---|---|
| Operator tier, per month | A$349 | A$209 wholesale; you set the client price |
| Evidence status view | Their own only | All your clients in one place |
| Manual updates and audits | They call whoever | The tool flags it, you do the work |
Introduce us in writing to clients you think fit: small Part 119 or mandated Part 138 operators without a safety department. We do the rest by email and self-serve trial. No calls required of you or of them.
Reply to the email that brought you here, or write to enterprise@skycot.com. Say how many clients you think are a fit and whether you want the partner or referral version. We send the agreement, one page, plain English.
